Local celebrities can pull a crowd to a fundraising booth by autographing pictures, T-shirts, compact discs and books. From authors and musicians to local newscasters and professional athletes, find a person dedicated to helping your cause to interact with attendees and help with your fundraising efforts.

Gift wrapping

During a holiday, like Mother's Day, Christmas, Father's Day, Kwanzaa or Hanukkah, people will be shopping for gifts they give to family and friends. Provide them with a booth that wraps their gifts on-site, saving them the hassle of wrapping presents when they get home. Offer gift wrapping, gift boxes and gift bags. Add bows and gift tags to presents for added adornment.

Face Painting

Face painting tends to draw eager children who want favorite cartoon characters, butterflies, bugs, smiley faces or other images painted on their faces. Use non-toxic paint to protect skin. Offer at least four to six designs that children can choose from.
